I have a particular problem of my phone displaying the same message whenever it boots, i don't know why

Like bootloops? What do you mean by showing the same massage? It doesn't start?

the phone boots up, then after one minute I Receive a message, this happens every time I switch the phone off and on

i have installed them but it doesn't seem to make a difference

First delete all your saved APNs, then reboot and install the ones that will pop-up.
